1. Create a funnel - Create a funnel for each product or service. The funnel will ask the customer a specific question that they can answer yes or no to, or respond in a positive or negative manner. For example, "Were our technicians helpful and friendly during their visit to fix your dishwasher today?" The funnel will be configured to direct the customer to your Facebook review page if they answer Yes or click the positive/green icon.
2. Depending on your communication methods with your customers, send them a text message or email that thanks them for their patronage and asks them the simple funnel question. Include the link to the funnel so they can answer.
3. The customer clicks on the funnel URL and click Yes or No, or respond positively or negatively. BOOM! You will receive notice in the Starfish Reviews > Feedback page of their response, including any comments.
