Troubleshooting and Plugin Support

Are you having a problem using the plugin? We want to help you!

There are several ways you can reach out to us:

1. Go to the Starfish.reviews website and log into your account. Then click on Support.

2. Go to the Starfish.reviews website and click on the Support menu. Here you will see a link to our documentation, a Facebook group, and a contact page that lets you send us a message.

3. Send an email to help@starfish.reviews

4. Click on the Questions? chat icon on the Starfish.reviews website.

You can enter a problem or question, and we will suggest related articles/solutions. If you cannot find the information you need, scroll to the bottom of the box and click Get in touch.

You can also click the Ask tab at the top of the box to directly enter your question.
