Compatibility with W3 Total Cache

W3 Total Cache can prevent Starfish Reviews (and other themes/plugins) from accessing WordPress' included jQuery library. Starfish Reviews needs this to function properly. 

So if you're using Starfish Reviews on a site with W3TC, make sure to go to Performance > Minify > JS > JS Minify Settings, and either disable JS minification altogether, or ensure that "Before </head>" is set to "Default (blocking)" as shown here:
