404 Error on Funnel Page

Are you getting a 404 error instead of the review funnel? This is a known issue with the way WordPress handles permalink structures. When a new permalink structure is added, the rules need to be updated in the .htaccess file (or the equivalent on other platforms/stacks). 

To fix this: 

  1. Go to Starfish Reviews > Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Click the "Save Changes" button. No need to change any settings, just click "Save Changes".

That's it! It should be fixed now. It just had to add the rules for the new permalinks to your .htaccess file.

If that doesn't work for some reason:

  1. Go to WordPress' Settings > Permalinks in the sidebar.
  2. Click the "Save Changes" button. No need to change any settings, just click "Save Changes".
